JSA helps stations with all aspects of raising money from listeners. Services include developing multi year strategic plans to increase the number of annual donors to the station and overall net revenue using direct mail, email, on-air spots and on-air fundraising.
JSA is also helping clients develop ways to raise money through mobile applications and social media.
The core of our service is based on using industry benchmarks to help stations set realistic stretch goals. JSA's philosophy is that stations should strive to keep on-air fundraising to a minimum and that on-air drives should embody the same core values as the regular programming.
We often partner with Jay Clayton Associates to serve our clients. Jay Clayton is the former Marketing Director at WBUR in Boston. He is a fundraising consultant to numerous stations and runs the Benchmarks for Public Radio program for DEI, the industry's trade association for fundraising and marketing. Jay is also DEI's lead advisor on listener fundraising.
